Built & Kept sells downloadable digital products — PDF guides, fillable PDF editions, and calendar (.ics) files. No physical product will be shipped. Products are delivered instantly by download link after checkout and by email.
2. Payments & merchant of record
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, receipts, applicable sales tax/VAT, and download delivery. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
3. Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, household use. You may download the files to your own devices and print unlimited copies for your own home, year after year.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the files (in whole or in part), use them commercially, or upload them to shared drives, marketplaces, or file-sharing services. All content remains the intellectual property of Built & Kept.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
If a product doesn't make your home genuinely easier to run, reply to your receipt email within 30 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund — no forms, no questions. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
5. Not professional advice
Our guides provide general information for routine home care. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Always follow manufacturer instructions and local codes. For gas, electrical, structural, or roofing work — or anything you're unsure about — hire a licensed professional. You are responsible for how you use the information in our products.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built & Kept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it by automated means for scraping or resale, or interfere with its operation.
